Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Devellix, a service operated by Devellix ("Devellix", "we", "us"), based in Columbus, Georgia, United States. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Devellix does

Devellix generates source code for software projects (such as Minecraft plugins, Discord, Telegram and Twitch bots, Roblox experiences, and web applications) from natural-language descriptions, then compiles or validates that code in the cloud and returns it to you. You use prepaid credits to generate and build projects.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Devellix.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are purchased in advance in US dollars and are consumed as you generate and build projects.
• Credits are a prepaid balance for using the service. They carry no cash value and do not expire.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

4. Ownership of generated code

You own the code that Devellix generates for you and may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing generated code before deploying it. Devellix is provided as a development tool and does not guarantee that generated code is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Devellix to:

• create malware, spyware, or tools intended to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates a platform's own rules; or
• abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devellix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
