This Privacy Policy explains what information Devellix collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Devellix is operated from Columbus, Georgia, United States.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Usage information: the prompts you submit, the projects we generate for you, credit balance, and build history, so we can provide and improve the service.
• Payment information: when you buy credits, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive a record of the purchase (amount, pack, and status) but not your full card number.

How we use information

• to operate the service, generate and build your projects, and maintain your credit balance;
• to process payments and prevent fraud and abuse;
• to communicate with you about your account and support requests; and
• to secure, debug, and improve the service.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant systems. Devellix does not see or store full card numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Devellix (such as Stripe for payments and our cloud infrastructure), and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and build data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

You can update your profile in your account settings and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as password hashing, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
