Refund and Cancellation Policy

Devellix sells prepaid credits that you use to generate and build software projects. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Credit purchases

• Credits are a one-time purchase in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and nothing recurring to cancel.
• If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will make it right or refund the unused portion of that purchase.
• Credits that have already been spent on generating or building projects are non-refundable, because the service was delivered.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, charged an incorrect amount, or believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us right away and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. It can take several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
